Cars stopped here illegally in the hashed area of the road ON THE MINI ROUNDABOUT. These are delivery drivers who park up here illegally and often times pull out on you/ open their car doors in front of you.

Rubbish and old furniture tipped in the street neighbouring yard and garage entrance. The person which lives in number 29 Rose Avenue, DH9 7RB thinks it is OK to discard his rubbish in this way.

Lovely burn has been turned into a dumping ground. All along the burn behind new persimmons houses in middles farm village is an absolute mess. Fridge in burn, sofas and bags and bags of rubbish.

The Louisa Estate has one road both in and out Of The estate, there are several side roads to that road. On a number of occasions there have been near misses with cars. Cars from the side roads should give way to those on the main route.
What is required to make that happen is the painting of give way lines at the junctions to the main route

Traffic calming in dangerous place? This traffic calming measure is badly sighted. It's on a blind brow! Since installed how many times has the signage had to be replaced? Vehicles heading west are not easily seen by vehicles driving east. This is especially true during hours of darkness when the approaching(from east)vehicle's lights are below the brow in the road.
