Dudley council planning department needs improvement .
This needs fixing. Had issues with anti social behaviour, racism and bullying. Made changes to fences for protection of family. Police advised the council of the case numbers. Dr informed council that stress was causing illness, backed up by shrink. There has been deaths so mental health could be better. Council was unkind, no compassion. They have the full power of the courts to bully members of the public and the ombudsman service couldnt help either as police input is not taken into account.With cost of living crisis and wars going on, dudley council are being unprofessional with the public. Asked for reasonable adjustments under the law for mental health, and was just refused. Please improve dudley council so that are doing the public service role they are meant to be doing in a kind compassionate way.

Lot of mess on the street and trees covering our street

As you can see from the photos there is 2 quite large trees its quite annoying as theres always leaves on the street and by the pavement theres a lot of grass and stingers which is dangerous also if you look at the street that connects Abberely Street And Brooke Street which has no name theres also a big tree hanging on the side and a lot of stingers and many other stuff coming from the pavement

Cars parked everywhere

Cars visiting the priory community center are parked all along the road into the opposite estate (Bradfield Way) all the way up to past Aldi. Its impossible to use the left lane to turn due to too many cars parked there. Its hazardous and dangerous to turn onto the priory road from Bradfield way.

Van’s parked on double yellow lines

These three vans park here every night and cause an obstruction to the pavement and also the junction near by. They park so far on the pavement that people can not walk past and have to walk on the road. It is a main road and dangerous.

Tenants have managed for a few week, but we had over night bins that haven't been put out for weeks from a property being used as a hmo but registered as a single dwelling. This is just above number 5. And also DIY rubbish on the corner of southalls Lane and Wolverhampton Road.
