The rubbish down watery lane and surrounding area is quite immense, there doesnt seem to be anyone keeping an eye on it and it just piles up. There is no deterrent for car drivers who think they can throw rubbish from their car windows onto our road. There is a lay by part way down the lane, can this not have a bin or a sign to ask people to not litter?

Litter and unsightly traffic island

This area is used by hundreds of vehicles including a large number of lorries weekly. It is litter strewn. Why cant we have a regular litter pick? Plus, why cant the roundabouts be more attractive? Other places seem to be able to do this .

Layby on Woodyard Lane, Foston/Church Broughton DE65 5Bu and DE65 5DJ. My husband and I were walking on the lane at 10.30 a.m. on Monday 10th February and noticed the contents dumped. As we had been involved with a litter pick only last week, this has been dumped since then. Name of the driver was evidence on a delivery sheet.
