Continuous dog fouling

The same owner is responsible for continually not picking up the dog excrements in the area of Bexley north cray Road. This is the 3 time in 2 months that the dog has gone in front of our door step. This person must be identified and fined.

Almost on a daily basis some local scumbag is dumping and fly tipping rubbish in this section of the raised beds on Methuen Road. Can the camera on the nearby lamp post be used to catch and stop the person or persons as this is happening ing all too often now and seemly when no one is around.
