Faded line marking at mini roundabout

Faded white warning signs on the road surface of this mini roundabout. Motorists unfamiliar with the area approach this junction without appreciating the presence of a mini roundabout despite warning signs on street furniture to that effect. There have been two incidents recently which I have witnessed where vehicles have nor stopped or slowed at tge junction. I believe this is because the white paint has faded to a point of disintegration. It is the brightness of paintwork on the road which attracts the eye and warns drivers of the hazard. I reported this some months ago since when the situation has worsen.

Poor surface along length of Bexley Road from junction of Brook Street to junction at Carlton Road/Park Crescent with potholes, uneven gullies at various locations: the surface resembles a cattle grid for its length potentially damaging to vehicles and a potential danger to cyclists and especially motor cyclists.

Tree Suckers across half the pavement

This may have been reported before as a hazard but the spring growth blocks half the pavement and is now at eye level and in the dark could cause damage to the eye/face. The tree also leans into the road and high vehicles touch the branches. There is also signs that the pavement is lifting very slightly probably caused by the roots.

Potholes
damaged road surface & exposed iron works
I'm reporting the extremely poor and damaged road surface to the end of Prospect Close. I reported this on 29th September 2021! Almost 4 years ago I understand there is a delay but 4 years is completely unacceptable especially the amount of Council Tax Bexley charge for the entire close!!! The entire road surface needs to be re-laid as it is damaged to cars & people walking. The pot holes are deep and everywhere. It causes damage to wheels, tyres & windscreens as lose road chip and fly up. Please get this fix ASAP!!
