Full green wheely bin appeared which regular contractor will not take
16th May
Several weeks ago a green wheely bin appeared at the end of the alleyway adjacent to 43 Harold Avenue. Although this is council land the regular landfill contractor refused to take it as it is overladen and they dont know which house it belongs to. Its becoming a general waste receptacle including for dog waste. This alleyway is used not only as rear access but as the main entrance for a HMO in Barnfield Road. Should the privately owned broken fence be replaced, the wheely bin would prevent access.

Its not the first time these adverts have been put in the way on local pavements.
Trying to get young children and a pram through the gap then a wheelchair wasnt easy. Signs have sharp corners just at elbow height as well. Can this please be dealt with swiftly.
