Around 5am there is a high pitch noise coming from outside. I think it is coming from one of the street lights on that street. Can someone investigate it please

Untaxed Vehicles

There is 2 vehicles with no tax on them,1 white van that has been sorned,LT14UVH still driving it,BMW RX07TMY no tax but still on road no reg plate on the back,reported it to police 4-5 times they are still on road when they shouldn't be

All bins are full
rubbish everywhere
Passed the litter bins this evening and all of them are full and rubbish is everywhere. Need to be emptied and rubbish picked up.

Rubbish being left within the street/ residents not placing their rubbish in bins

The street of Marshall Road is regularly having litter being left lying around and not placed in the appropriate waste bins. This rubbish is varying from food and drink packets, children's toys, clothing etc. There is also a lot of waste being left at the side of fences such as smashed TV's, bags with unwanted clothes etc

Bushes over grown never been cut for 2 years .My fence now damaged due to excess growth

Bushes and weeds over grown . I have had to cut these down myself last 2 years. If not these would be over grown by 15 to 20 feet high. Used to be cut every year and now left to damage my property.

High pitched noise not everyone can here.. keeping me awake. Heard day time too. Experiencing headache and nausea because of it. I reported couple years back and lighting around my area was checked out. The noise stopped. Please check out again street lights .. possible causes? Large pothole on the inside of the southbound carriageway

A large pothole has developed on the nearside of the southbound carriageway adjacent to the railings on the pavement.
In order to avoid damage to their vehicles, it is causing drivers to swerve into the centre of the road in order to avoid the pothole increasing the risk of incidents.
The pothole is large enough to cause damage to a vehicle even at low speeds.

Drain cover on the ramp to Argos goods in shutter.
26th November
Drain cover has become a hazard on the ramp to Argos goods in shutter. We have reported it to our maintenance company to be told its a council issue. There is a deep groove where the concrete is wearing away and it is a health and safety risk when receiving our delivery.
This has been an issue for around 6 months, the drain cover was replaced when it was cracked by a pallet last year but it continues to be a problem.

Vehicle left for 3 months has been hit by another car

A silver Audi has been abandoned for 3 Months opposite car parking spaces. Have advised police and council previously, unwilling to remove as taxed and tested but it has now been hit by another car. Have advised previously it is parked dangerously and how it has been involved in a hit and run. Outside 179 guthrum place Audi a10 dgu
