Fallen tree in river tees South Park
1st May
Fallen tree in river towards the west entrance of South Park (by bridge crossing) tree came down in the February storms and has still no been removed. Not worried so much about the tree (its still growing) but the river itself is not flowing as well and the amount of waste accumulated around it is not pleasant. Worried about animals and their habitats not to mention dogs swimming it in.

Multiple Patch Work Quilt repairs
23rd April
Road surface is shocking, causing damage to local drivers vehicles because they have to drive down it every day.
What's even more of an embarrassment is the road was closed for a week last year 20m further down to resurface the road. But I tell you what to do is just Chuck a bit of asphalt in the holes and make it a speed bump. Absolutely Tragic.

Pavement crumbling.
19th April
This was reported in late 2023 but sadly no progress and over the months of more vehicles not keeping on the road but driving over and onto the path ( This is one example of local rubbish collection vehicle last week and but other vehicles too).Such that now the manhole is broken and tarmac has gone around edged and is sinking into pavement and next will fail and cause a hazard to Pedestrians .

Debris on Highway
16th April
The entire section of the A66 around Darlington has now been roadswept for many years. This is evident from the build up of debris and rubble at all of the highways junctions and roundabouts. In some cases, the amount of debris covers the road markings.
The entire highway is in need of roadsweeping, gutter sweeping and the junctions need to be swept and weeded.
