Loose manhole drain cover in road constant loud clanging sound when vehicle go over it

The loose metal manhole/drain cover has been getting progressively worse over the past few months, now to the point we cant sleep with the window open because it makes so much noise. Its in the middle lane of the A45 London bound between Broad Lane and Tile Hill Lane about 50 yards before the traffic lights on Tile Hill Lane.

Traffic lights settings causing congestion

From Monday 28th there is a congestion caused by the traffic light on Allesley Old road, both directions, from 4pm. This was never the case before so I'm assuming is due to traffic light settings.

On leaving the island at Pickford way heading towards the A45 there is a large pothole in the left lane almost the width of a car. Drivers are trying to avoid it at the last second Causing a hazard

Overhanging tree branches

Using the cycle lane on coundon road you go under the rail tracks. Coming from town riding down the slope to go under the tracks there is a blossom tree overgrown hanging down the wall making cyclists use the opposite lane. It needs attention. Constantly blocking pavement

Still blocking pavement, dangerous corner, people, mobility scooters and pushchairs having to go inroad.
Its moved when traffic wardens come. Then moved back again as soon as they leave. These people are aggressive and rude, so cannot be approached by the public. perhaps the police need to caution them?

Burned our car remains
23rd April
A Jag was set on fire at the junction of Northbrook Road & Staircase Lane. The majority of the burned out car have been removed but there is still a fair amount left to clear and I dont know if this is due to be cleared or if the people clearing it have just done half a job and they arent coming back.

Every time a vehicle drives over it the manhole cover sounds like a shotgun, very noisy. It has been going on for many months so maybe nobody has reported it to date?

Child's equipment toy dumped in the front of the alley space by Peking House takeaway on Broomfield Rd. There is also an armchair dumped on the street a few doors up around 80 Broomfield.

Kingsbury road needs resurfacing

The whole of Kingsbury road is in shocking condition. I drive up and down it only 2 days a week and it is an absolute shocker of a road. The surface is uneven and. It just one section it's the full length. There are dips, broken surface areas, potholes it's the full works.

Large potholes
15th April
These potholes have been here getting bigger and bigger nothing is getting done . I have reported this a good while ago. 2 schools are in this area and cars are having to swerve hitting the curbs to miss these potholes . Children and parents are in danger of beings hit . This is a accident waiting to happen. Please can something be done before someone is hurt or killed.
