Illegal use of a motorcycle on public land.

A group of people are frequently using a minibike on Floyd field and adjacent land, including a wildlife reserve behind the houses on Pheasant Oak and Fein Bank. This has been going on since 2024. The managers of the reserve are Betts Ecology (www.bettsecology.co.uk) are aware of the problem but can do little as the access is a public footpath. The group using the motorbike(s) are accessing Floyd Field via the Tanyard Farm estate. I am not able to provide photographic evidence, I just have to listen to extremely loud noises behind my house as they ignore the rules.

Various size potholes

There are a few potholes, which have been there for at least a months and are getting worse, in the overtaking lane between the windmill village hotel and the Land Rover garage on the side of the road going towards Birmingham. There has also recently been cones put on the A45 so now you are being forced to drive in the same lane as the potholes.

Constant speeding

Vehicles of all descriptions have formed a habit over a long period of time of driving well in excess of the speed limit (30) up and down Eastern Green lane that joins Broad lane to Lower Eastern Green Lane. This is probably due to the long, wide features of the road. It is a residential area, with houses occupied both by elderly persons and families with young children, including my own. It is only a matter of time before a child gets hit by a speeding motorist. I feel it is well over due having traffic calming measures installed which will significantly deter speeding motorists without impeding service, emergency vehicles etc.
