Broken gate + invisible bridleway ahead

The latch of this gate is broken. The only way I could find to open it was to pull the whole gate upwards with both hands plus one foot under it to help lift as it is quite heavy. Would be near impossible to do on or holding a horse. Secondly there is no sign on the ground of the bridleway that goes straight on on the far side of the gate. The field has been ploughed and there is now a crop growing and the bridleway has not been reinstated.

Blocked gully near the bridge

This gully is blocked with soil and gravel and no longer drains meaning the road floods in heavy rain It has been blocked for many months (there are two gullies close to each other, one is completely blocked, the other isnt great either!)

Good afternoon, I was completing the tree safety survey for my site here and noticed that there are a number of dead elm stems and a multi-stemmed declining ash (looking like it has less than 50% remaining canopy) that are within striking distance of the road and that are on the road-side of our boundary fence (and therefore likely owned by/the responsibility of yourselves).

Gully completely blocked with soil/gravel to top of grating. Ironwork and surrounding tarmac has subsided by approx 50mm
12th October
No surface water is collected by gully so all water running off the hillside above runs down steep hill and across the road on the bend. Gully has subsided suggesting underground pipework has failed and become blocked. Silt has now built up to the top of the grating allowing no water to enter the gully.
