50 mph sign and post has been knocked over - lying in verge. Presumably by grass contractor as the grass verges have all been freshly cut. Sign is on the southbound side of the A429 about 20 metres north of an entrance to a track across the adjacent field. If you use WhatThreeWords the location comes up as casino.dwarf.random

Multiple traffic lights not working

Multiple traffic lights ont his roundabout are not fully working - this has been the case for at least 6 months.
It is becoming increasing likely that a collision will occur as you cannot see what the traffic lights are displaying until you are right up to them due to the nature of a roundabout with vehicles obscuring the view of lower lights and the raised lights not working.
Some have not lights working at all, some only red and not green/ amber so you cannot see when they are about to change to red.
It is only a matter of time before an accident will happen.

There are multiple red and green bulbs blown at multiple junctions on the roundabout. Particularly problematic at the Stratford Road and Warwick Bypass junctions where it is extremely dangerous. We are not talking about one light out, we are talking about multiple bulbs on multiple sets of traffic lights at multiple junctions.

Four inch deep pothole on side of Fairfax Close

This pothole can be found on the side of Fairfax Close. Although its on the side of the road, cars always park on the opposite side which means cars have to drive through this pothole to enter / exit the street. It is deep enough to cause vehicular damage. It has been present for a number of months and is slowly growing in size.
