8 inch pot hole very deep

Dangerous due to on exat line a bicycle would take on bend. Need to cross over into oncoming traffic to avoid. Will cause damage to cars or bikes if hit. Has been "repaired" recently but infill did not stick to raod and has come out again leaving loose gravel on road.
