Pavement parking causing obstruction/ poor visibility

Cars are parked bumped up onto the pavement outside no 4, ca28 8yh. It seems that 2 or 3 cars park up there regularly to the lift share. This happens most weekdays with cars arriving from about 6.30am. Pavement access is restricted, cars coming in the other direction leaving the estate are forced to the wrong side of the road meaning that an accident is more likely. Severe Ice
Cars will not get up or down this
I travelled over the Ford today (very silly decision I know), either side of the fords are steep hills, the cleator moor side of the ford has severe thick ice all the way up. I got stuck and it took a large tractor to tow me out. Another car also tried but luckily I turned them around before it was too late. I believe the road should be closed on both sides because if a car came down the hill on the cleator moor side I fear this could be a danger to life as the ice is that thick your brakes dont even stop you. I was still sliding when braking, my handbrake was the only thing that stopped me rolling back down the hill and into the river.
I know this may seem like common sense not to go down here but I did it and so did another individual in the space of an hour, luckily Id made the mistake and the other individual stopped before it was too late.

Dumped bin bags
15th December
Somebody has opened my bin and filled with their rubbish, then dumped the rest of their bags in the lane around, leaving the lid of my bin open and attracting rats. These bags are going to end up attracting even more vermin left where they are. There was an abandoned bin that had been in the lane for years which seems to have gone so Im not sure if someone has taken the bin and left the bags or what but I dont have room in my bin for other peoples rubbish

Coming out of Westlakes science park the tragic light coming from egremont the light seem to be on longer from egremont and when they change to green to allow the traffic out of Westlakes because traffic have come through and blocked the road traffic cannot get out from Westlakes what would normally take me 10 minutes to get home its taking over 1/2 hour
