Been there since New Year at least, not providing a very attractive point for sags to wee. Not collected by any bin round, including todays purple commercial refuse round. Suspect its from a commercial property at 3 or 9 Croftlands Drive as there was lots of activity there when the cardboard appeared.

So Cumbria country, dont bother sending me another email, do like other organisations do, and pass the report on to the relevant authority.

Dispite being promised that the drain that runs under the road would be repaired during the resurfacing in November, it continues to leak water up to the road surface, and in this mornings cold weather there is an approximately 5m x width of the road area of ice.
