Mountains of bin bags and fly tipped items

Every week people are treating our street like a council tip. problem chiefly caused by individuals living in flats with no outside space who are dumping their waste (much of which is recyclable) on a daily basis so that we have rats running around, waste all over the pavement every morning and seagulls waking us at dawn. its a hazard. its an eyesore. it stinks. its so unfair to local residents who do recycle or keep their waste until bin days and were getting desperate for a solution. been going on for years but has got worse recently. Am now recording with cctv but dont know if council can or will act. happy to meet council staff to come up with and help deliver a solution but cant go on like this.

Fly tipped mattress and Lidl trolleys
21st March
The burnt out mattress was originally covering the footpath to school. I've moved this out of the way so that people can walk through. There are also 2 Lidl trolleys, 1 Morrisons trolley and a metal frame (possibly from a bed). There is also a black pram which has been thrown over the fence into Oakfield primary school.
Note - This has obviously come from someone who lives locally. I'd advise you send a letter to those local residents advising how much is costs to clean up and how it diverts money away from other local services.
