There are multiple abandoned vehicles at the side of the road. These are causing a bottleneck for vehicles leaving the Alps Council Depot and the Quarry. I had to pull into the Caurea Lane T Junction, blocking it, to let lorries pass that were heading towards the A4050.

Entrance to Plymouth Woods from Castle Hill
St Fagans
Having regularly used this entrance to Plymouth Great Woods from St Fagans to Ely, I have felt unsafe as to how close cars get when accessing the trail from crossing the rail line to entrance alongside my dog. I have noted the number of similar concerns raised about paving along Castle Hill.

Regular fly-tipping hot spot
behind Pethybridge Community Centre
I have raised this concern on a fortnightly basis to my local Ely Councillors whom are aware of this recurring issue, I don't understand why cameras haven't been installed to catch the culprits or awareness campaign addressed to locals about alternative routes to resolve waste management issues since the new recycling scheme been introduced.

Constant traffic build up due to poor timing traffic lights
18th April
For a long time now the traffic light timing is causing traffic build up at culverhouse cross roundabout regardless of the time of day. It appears to be out of sync and just causes mayhem. The screenshot I attached at 2pm shows even at non peak time theres traffic build up. Please send someone to look at the timing of the traffic lights on such a major roundabout to improve things.
Traffic is frequently queuing on the A4232 SB leading to dangerous hazard of slow traffic on a 70mph road.

Wrecked cards and flytipping!

Disgusting sight as I walked to Wilson Road shops this morning! bottom of Deere Road has 2 wrecked cars gated up, along with a lot of flytipping/rubbish, plus a LOT of broken glass all over the pavement on the corner..... I find it amazing Ely will come together for certain things but wont come together to keep the neighbourhood clean!

4 recycling bags full of someones rubbish, left on the corner of the street, it's disgusting how people dump their rubbish, especially as they get collected in 2 days! hopefully the owners left something in them with their name/address on so they can get fined!
