This van have been parking like this for months causing alot of issues such as ambulance, bin men, delivery van unable to access the street. He have also cause huge muddy hills and leaves rubbish everywhere. This have been reported to Cardiff Council and nothing been done.

Rubbish Lane off Laytonia Avenue

Black bags are being put at the rear of properties, being ripped open by rats, birds and cats and they blowing all over the lane, it looks disgusting. I thought that no commercial bins should be be pubic view, which encourages people not to put there rubbish out properly

This is an ongoing problem. Rear of properties and lane behind 286 etc North Road has rubbish left out in black bags which are being ripped open and rubbish spread across neighbouring parking areas and shared lane, and into laytonia avenue. Also vast amount of rubbish on north road along side of flyover. This area is looking terrible and attracting rats.
