Missing tarmac

The tarmac is missing in the gutters between the pavement and road thus causing very bad weeds in a lovely street. It has been like this for many years, requiring constant weed control. Please could replacement tarmac be considered. Many thanks

Laurel Hedge Obstructing Pavement
19th April
Laurel hedge takes up a third of the pavement at knee level and more further up. Pedestrians being forced off pavement into the mud, especially when the pavement is flooded by rain. Two pedestrians cannot pass. Hedge needs cutting back to 'The Laurel's' property boundary (full height). Hedge is hiding pedestrians on the pavement from drivers exiting The Laurels carpark.

Hedge overgrowing pavement

Pavement north of railway on west side of road is being obstructed by residents hedge. Needs cutting back to their boundary. Not possible for two pedestrians to pass each other without one or other stepping into the road, which is dangerous because the traffic cuts in to this side of the road as it comes over the bridge and because this is a pavement frequented by parents and school children.

Every sunday multiple cars park on double yellow lines through the village which were put in place to allow access for emergency vehicles. since the yellow line s were put in place we have never seen anyone enforce them so now the original issue has returned.
