The very full dog poo bin fixed to a wooden post has fallen/been pushed over - the post has snapped. It is the bin next to the notice board outside the village hall on Church lane in Petham

5 or 6 potholes on east side of Stone Street

9th October

I have reported this problem about 3 times already and nothing has been done. The road is falling away to the east and there are also large potholes. If you have a large vehicle approaching you from the south, as the road is quite narrow at this point, you are forced onto the edge of the road to avoid them. This is extremely dangerous as there is no road in parts, but only muddy puddles and potholes. Please please can you attend to this urgently.

Large potholes on east side of Stone Street and edge of road falling away.

This is the third time I've reported this and if a large vehicle is coming from the Hythe area along Stone Street travelling north, you are forced into the potholes and off the side of the road where it is falling away. If I damage my near side wheels on my car, I will hold you responsible for any damage caused!!

The road is falling away and there are large potholes

These potholes are getting worse, especially when you are travelling south and trying to avoid large vehicles/lorries coming in the opposite direction. The road is falling away into the verge on the east side of Stone Street and the problem is getting worse. it is very difficult to keep your car on the road.

In the past week's rain, the drains at the bottom of Church Lane are clearly not working, as usual, and a huge flood of muddy water covered the road. There is now mud from that flood covering the pavement and road edge making it very unpleasant for children and parents going to Petham Primary School and the playgroup in the village hall. This seems to be a consistent problem, despite the drains being recently worked on? Can the drains be cleaned out, again?

Two foot long potholes on The Street

Two potholes that were 'repaired' last year, inevitably the repairs have fallen apart in under 12 months at the first hint of cold weather. They lie in the tracks of a busy part of the road and need repairing properly or we will have exactly the same thing next year.
