Lorry parked in residential road in Corfe Mullen
14th April
This HGV has been parked in this residential road in Corfe Mullen since November 2014. It does not display an operators licence disc which would identify the operating centre where it should be parked. It occasionally moves but always returns within a day to park half on the pavement in Amber Road.

Road drains not working
22nd January
The road drains on the lower half of Pardys Hill and the First one in Broadmoor Road, opposite Haywards Lane are not draining any water. This has been reported before and despite claim that thee problem is repaired none of any possible remedial action has worked, in fact the supposed action has made the situation worse to the point that most of the tome the first part of Broadmoor Road has standing wat across the whole width. These "incurable " issues seem to have become worse since the new properties opposite the bottom of Haywards Lane had their drainage connection made. Please advise me of when a physical inspection was made and what the remedial conclusion is.

Main road shoddily blocked with pylons halfway through for no reason
5th August
Just noticed tonight. Driving north I saw the road was blocked off by a blue arrow sight and several pylons with no prior road closed sign or reason for it to be closed. I looked at the pylon from the opposite sign and one had a T-dead end image but no explanation. I ended going through Queens Rd, Hanham Rd to continue my journey normally. On Queens road I saw 2 people with hoods up running away in the dark so as to hide when I turned onto the road, they were nowhere to be seen seconds later (hiding). Suspicious situation all round

Rotted sign stanchion
21st May
One of two stanchions supporting large roadsign on Southbound lane of Wareham Road (approaching roundabout) has rotted through in proximity to sign mounting points on back of sign. Possible risk of failure in high winds due to the large surface area of the sign causing "weathercocking".

Speed camera is incorrectly flashing people.
26th January
Twice this week the camera has flashed myself and cars infront of me whilst we were doing well under the 30 limit for the this stretch of road. The second time I was behind a cyclist so it was pretty much impossible to be speeding.

Public footpaths have uneven and holes along with gravel and past poor repairs repeatedly reported to dcc but nothing ever done
21st December
Cllr Bryan added active travel is not just for cyclists and pedestrians, but also for people who need wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
Uneven, narrow pavements and missing crossings can prevent them from moving safely around their area, limiting their independence, with resulting impacts on their health and happiness, he added.
Being able to walk, wheel and cycle more easily can reduce air pollution and improve our own mental and physical health and wellbeing, even in small doses.
Please have your say by taking part in our short survey. Your input will help Dorset access more funding from the government so we can make getting around their local area easier for everyone.
The survey will be open until January 18 and is available on Dorset Councils website to fill in.
