This pothole is a long term problem. Very recently 'repaired', it seems more like a sinkhole now. It is particularly problematic at night & when wet.

Large deep pot hole

There is a very large pot hole on the corner of this road. There has been a water leak for approximately 10 years and a hole appears every couple of months. It is the poorly repaired only to reappear

The pothole has been here for over 3 months and usually is full of surface water that has run down the hill. Vehicles either have to a) stop and give way to oncoming vehicles, b) veer to the wrong side of the road, or c) risk major damage

Communal bins not emptied

For the last 5 weeks our bins have not been emptied and there's 18 flats here

The road sign indicating the roundabout is not visible.
19th March
The road sign indicating the roundabout is not visible when travelling west from Penn Hill. Numerous incidents occur at this junction due to traffic not giving way at the roundabout. Thats even with a give way inverted triangle on the road surface. This was reported over a year ago to the BCP Council and still has not been rectified.

Noisy manhole cover in front of Martin and Co Ashley Cross

There is a noisy manhole cover on Commercial Road (in front of Martin and Co estate agents - Ashley Cross) which has been disturbing the whole neighbourhood every time a car drives pass. Its a busy road so this has been affecting my mental health as I work from home, I cannot sleep or have a quiet time.

There is a manhole on the road in front of Martin and Co State agency which is not fixed property and its making a lot of noises when cars drive on it. It needs to be repaired as its disturbing my work and it can be dangerous . Thanks

Domestic waste
rubble
Access to an alley blocked with waste. The alley is used s to gain access to domestic properties above the shops. A few small kids also use this entrance, it poses a serious health and safety risk

Potential sink hole

A water leak has caused subsidence with a severe dip in the road. This may result in a "sink hole" and needs urgent attention. At best it represents a hazard to motor cyclists.
