Fly tipping 198 The Broadway

This is the 2nd time I am reporting this household as fly tipping, it is a HMO and something needs tipping be done about it, they have a green large bin but still refuse to use it. Last night I heard noise a few doors away so went out to investigate, the house hold from 198 Broadway (Beacon House)were had tip there bin on their garden and were wrapping it up in plastic sheeting, they said they have spoken to their Landlord who does nothing. I went back home telling them don't dump anything around here put it back in. your Commercial bin, I heard something being dragged after my conversation when I went home., just to notice the guys I was talking to were carrying or dragging the plastic sheeting past the houses. This is what I discovered in the morning. We pay our taxes and Invest money into our properties to live where we do, it upset the neighbours when things like this happen and nothing is being done. Can someone please look at this as a serious matter, and please feed back to me what is being done, si that I can relay back to the fed up neighbours. In someways I di hold the council responsible as we have had no feed back from the last report. Fine the Landlord and make him responsible please. Iam only identifying 198 Broadway rd (Beacon house) as I have video evidence.

Thus pothol has been there for at least over 2 years. Its dangerous as people come off the roundabout and swerve into the left lane to avoid the pothole on the right lane. Its huge. Its as you are coming off the saltly roundabout going towards city centre.

Can we please have a Street clean from 119 Stoneleigh rd to the end of Road which is where Broadway and Stoneleigh rd cross. The road hasn't been swept for a few years I think I was the last person to do, which is a council responsibility. Thank you.
