Due to the ongoing bin strikes, residents have left their black bag household rubbish at the lamppost next to 43 Lennox street This rubbish has been ripped open my animals and so is no longer in black bags and blows around the street in the wind. The bin wagons have refused to take this as it is no longer in black bags.

Alma Street from the Newbury Road junction to the Porchester Street junction needs cleaning again down both sides of the pavement as waste has been deposited on the sidewalk since yesterday.
Its commercial waste. Can you investigate who it belongs to and make them stop. I am reporting this repeatedly for years.
