Bread being left in Victoria park
16th January
Someone is leaving bread in Victoria park on a daily basis. They initiate left a few crumbs in a tree stump but now leave over a loaf or 2 spread on the benches and tables by botanical gardens as well as scattering it round tree stumps. I arrive at 7:30am and its already there. Its causing all the dogs in park to try and eat and Ive seen more rats in park recently. This is not good for the animals and the increase of rats not good for anyone. This needs to be stopped
