Another issue is a large pothole at the entrance to Woodside Terrace which is getting larger as traffic turn into the Terrace - which contains the doctors surgery.

Unsafe road edge next to burn, 19th May
A temporary construction fence had been put up when some work on a fallen tree was carried out. THe fence and some cones were left to mark the unsafe are just above the burn. Now the fence fields have been broken, pushed off the road and cones fallen into the burn.

Heavy mud on road due to HGV traffic, 22nd February
Over a long period of time mud from landfill being left on road with minimal clean up. All the verges along the road being damaged by the HGV traffic, multiple constractors using the landfill site. Verge damage all along road from B999 junction to road past Rainneshill Farm.
