Road Markings problem
6th March
there use to be double yellow lines outside as we are right opposite a junction.
Since the roadworks where last done the yellow lines have not been painted back, so it has become a parking place for some ppl.
It is an accident waiting to happen as large lorries come down that junction Alma Terrace and struggle to turn right.
My fear is that if a lorry comes down and hits a car parked directly outside it could possibly be shunted into the shop.
I would appreciate someone taking note of my email and possibly looking into taking action.

Drain cover missing
31st May
Drain cover now fallen into hole, was reported a couple of months ago on ref 835117 to Aberdeenshire council and was noted as high priority. Still no fix and still as dangerous, now compounded by the missing cover on another drain another 20 feet further up the street

Sunk drain outside 8 grassic gibbon gardens
17th May
The drain is not flush with the pavement any more it has caved and created a big step. This is getting progressively worse. Not only could this damage cars but it's a safety hazard for pedestrians. A lot of kids play out on there bikes around this area and it's only a matter of time before someone is hurt

Unavoidable pothole.
13th October
There are several potholes on this stretch of road. One in particular - perhaps more appropriate to say two that are looking to merge. While most of the potholes can be dodged in daylight this one cannot be missed by any vehicle.
The potholes have been there for some time and have now increased to a degree that warrants repair.

Hedge on right very overgrown.

Exit from adjacent car park used regularly by drivers. Hedge on the right when driving towards Alma Place needs cutting back as has caused damage to cars. This might be the responsibility of the householder, if so, can the Council please advise them.
