Car park markings
4th July
I am writing this email to report that the car parking for the ten houses at Grant Close Westhill house numbers 3,5,7,9 and 28,26,24,22,20 and 18 requires new lines marked out and our house number written on each space. The reason I say this as the neighbours that live in the surrounding houses who have their own private drive way are parking in our car park and if you take your car out there is a good chance there is no room left for the residence of the above numbers to get their car parked when they return.

Faded lines causing dangerous condition
2nd July
Hi at the junction of Silvertrees drive the road markings for turning right into the drive are so faded that oncoming vehicles from the opposite direction are drifting into the turn right filter lane, twice this week I have faced cars head on when I approach the junction as they are not sticking to the single lane in their direction.

Road safety at the junction
2nd July
Due to vehicles parking on the main road, including (on occasion) on double yellow lines, the road often narrows to a single lane, making it hazardous to turn in or out of the junctions leading onto Prospect Road This situation is further exacerbated by the fact that Prospect Road is the main thoroughfare through the industrial estate and a key bus route, regularly used by larger vehicles and public transport services

Road surface breaking up
dangerous size stones trip and mobility scooter issues
The road surface breaking up issue has been reported several times by different residents and seems to get ignored or deleted. Cul de sac on Westhill Road AB32 6FT houses 5 to 10 Issue arose several years ago when council operator with a new road surface sweeper dislodged several stones and started to break the tarmac surface area up and on his admission he didn't realise the power of the new machine or the potential road surface damage. He was to report back to his management and get repaired. Now larger stones coming out and has caused several trip accidents to people on foot, cycling and mobility walkers.
