There is a loose drain cover on the a449 towards Wolverhampton. Outside the Moreton arms and just after the traffic lights. Every time a car drives over it, which is every few seconds, it clatters extremely loud. I can hear it down the road at my home over my TV. This is day and night. It's has progressively been getting louder the more the traffic drives over it. There are the beginning of signs of collapse.
