Road surface issue due to drain dipping
28th May
As you join the motorway towards Birmingham (from the roundabout that has cosford/telford/tong junctions) on the left hand side immediately as you join the slip road there is a large dip in the road from a drain which road users are having to avoid and veering over to the right lane slightly. This could become a problem. Unable to take a photo due to driving. Could this issue please be looked into. Thank you.

Road safety issue - roundabout junction from shifnal/tong
28th May
At least two RTC accidents have happened on the roundabout from the tong/shifnal junction (with the Birmingham junction on the left) within the past two days (Tuesday 27th May and Wednesday 28th May). The issue seems to be from cars speeding down towards the roundabout and smashing into unsuspecting cars correctly waiting that its clear on the roundabout and the car coming behind thinking its clear but not looking forward to see a car at a standstill which is waiting. This needs to be looked into to see what safety measures can be implemented to prevent this happening. Part of the issue is that the road bends to the left and cars are racing to cut across the roundabout to get to the Birmingham junction which could be debated its their careless and reckless driving, HOWEVER for so many accidents to be happening over the years but particularly the last few days, there needs to be measures put in place to ensure road users safety I.e more signs, maybe a STOP junction instead of a giveaway junction and perhaps regular visits from the speed camera man. Yesterdays accident was with a woman in a car and a man towing a caravan, with the car having the most damage to the bumper that I could see. todays accident was with a young female whose car had been badly smashed into by a young man. Last year my dad had his car smashed into by a female driver with the same reasoning that she didnt see him at a standstill because she was too busy looking to the right. I dont think the black barriers that you can partly see through are helping matters with the safety. Perhaps a road awareness course could be offered to those that have caused the accidents but unsure how that could be managed. Please can this be investigated to see what could be done to help prevent this, as a driver myself who regularly uses this roundabout I am fearful that it could end up worse next time and not just damage to cars. Thank you.

Highways team attended the job today 23/05 but repaired only a small section of the carriageway. The report was of 5-6 potholes to be repaired. Please see photos of the work.
The job has been marked as complete but the repair is not sufficient.
Can this please be added to the priority list and your processes reviewed to investigate why only a small section has been repaired.

The litter bin which has been situated outside of the old barclays bank on station road for many years has been moved by builders refurbishing the old bank. Unsure if permission has been sought for this or if it's now been securely fitted in the ground. If permission has not been sought, can this please be rectified and moved back to the correct position. Thank you.
