Traffic onstantly banging manhole cover

There is a loose manhole cover in the junction. It bangs every time a passing car drives over it.
The junction is outside the Halfway House building where Tettenhall Road and Albert Road meet.
The noise is very loud and affects residents as they can't sleep when cars drive over it and make it bang all day and night 24/7

Garage overflowing with cars blocking the pavement

For months now the garage on this corner is over-full with cars, causing their staff/customers to park all over the pavement both around the garage and into the pavements opposite the garage. This is already an incredibly busy and dangerous crossing but this parking forces pedestrians into the road, risking their safety.

There are new led lights that were put in years ago that have never been turned on one pedestrian crossing has one flashing beacon working out of 4 , and the other one has nothing no beacons or lights to illuminate it .

Consistently parking on grass verge.
1st December
Consistently parking here and damaging grass verge. Has been spoken to by neighbour but continues to park like this. Can clearly see tyre marks on and off the kerb. Creating untold damage to the kerb particularly considering the considerable amount of rain recently which means that the verge is soft and easily damaged. Completely inconsiderate.
