Tall backs in all directions caused by this problem .

Traffic lights at the junction of old heath road and the willenhall road are both on red at the same time for a long period of time causing congestion and long tall backs in all directions ,obviously traffic is at a standstill during this time .

Parking on pavement.

The white van is parking on the pavement, causing an abstructing so the view when reversing from my driveway it a blind spot. It is also narrowing the road for passing vehicles. It is not parked at the required distance from the corner.
