Drain issues
blocked and gushing water
Please see attached photo. This drain was allegedly repaired by council in April. It still gushes rubbish out in rain and has left a foul-smelling residue on the pavement. Overgrown bushes

There is only one path on one side of this stretch of the Ludlow Road and its becoming impassable. This is a health and safety issue as the cars get very close to pedestrians and two people struggle to pass each other. The path is also very uneven in places. Schoolchildren walk along here every day, it needs severely cutting back to show the full width of the path again, not just a trim.

Parking issue resulting in Fire appliance being unable to progress to Incident. Damage to Fire appliance caused.

Fire appliance mobilised from Bridgnorth station and went through the Northgate Arch. Van parked illegally resulting in having to go through at an angle. This caused damage the the appliance. This report has come from a recommendation in the accident investigation. Can traffic management be monitored in this area.

Surface disintegration and potholes

The surface has completely disintegrated into rubble. This area has high traffic due to local school and is causing cars to skid - this is extremely dangerous to passing children walking to school.

Streetlight installed on 3rd June 2025 and lit permanently ever since

This has previously been reported (on 6th June) and I was advised that it could take 2 weeks for the new light to start working correctly, but if it didn't then to report it again. The light is still on permanently 24 hours a day 3 weeks after it was installed

This has already been reported by a resident but I'm now receiving complaints after no action being taken. This is a health hazard to humans and flocks of swans, geese and ducks that nest here. Please provide me with an update on the action that will be taken.

Debris along the edge of the road
23rd June
There is an accumulation of debris along the edge of this road which is quite narrow and when larger vehicles are coming out of Bridgnorth, means cars have to pull in close to the edge to avoid a collision. The debris includes stones and rocks from the steep bank - one of these burst my tyre which cost 150 to replace This debris needs clearing - there is also debris on the opposite side where large vehicles have damaged the high kerb - a frequent occurrence.
