Public bins are not being emptied.These bins have been like this since Monday. I thought the bins were emptied at least twice a week.It is causing a lot of litter about the streets.This is blakenall area.

Dog kept on balcony shut outside

Dog crying and whining loudly for hours on one of the balconies at the flats on Selmans Hill. Has been shut outside for hours on end (since approx 10am today, 9th April, it's now 10:30pm). In full sun most of the day. Someone from the council or local police needs to investigate.

Cars park here on the school run as the road is narrow larger vehicles can not drive down the road ie ambulance/fire engine/ delivery vans etc we could do with the lines being changed to double red with appropriate signage this has been ongoing for quite a few years and is getting worse I am fed up of getting verbal abuse when I ask them to move on

This access road is off Stoney Lane, Bloxwich however as a regular walker the pavement is being used more and more as additional parking. Yes I can walk in the quiet road but the pavement is there for a reason.

Blocked pavement
17th January
This and other vehicles from this property - 16 Ryle Street, Walsall are parked half on the pavement by this tree which is on a junction with Pine Street. Sometimes a bin is also left outside which means there is no hope of walking past so pedestrians and school children are having to go out in the road without being able to see what is coming down the road in order to go round the vehicle. This has been going on virtually since the occupiers moved in to the property late last year. I walk a dog morning and night and this is really inconsiderate parking for pedestrians especially during the school run times.

Traffic lights sequence

There is a four way junction at the heart of pelsall common. This junction is incredibly busy , though the turning from vicarage road onto Walsall road towards pelsall has a filter system allowing traffic to flow more easily . However the turning from Walsall road ( coming from pelsall lane) onto vicarage road, there is no filter system which causes enormous delays when any vehicle wishes to turn right at this part of the junction. I personally have waited in queueing traffic at this part , resulting in the lights turning back to red up to three times before I've been able to resume my journey.
