Public bins are not being emptied.These bins have been like this since Monday. I thought the bins were emptied at least twice a week.It is causing a lot of litter about the streets.This is blakenall area.

Dog kept on balcony shut outside

Dog crying and whining loudly for hours on one of the balconies at the flats on Selmans Hill. Has been shut outside for hours on end (since approx 10am today, 9th April, it's now 10:30pm). In full sun most of the day. Someone from the council or local police needs to investigate.

High way is blocked. I understand that 41 valley road is private, but the pavement is fully blocked. There are fridges and other dangerous materials which if set a light will cause health issues for residents.

Car parking blocking the kerb
11th February
This car has been parking blocking the pavement for weeks. It started by only leavong a small gap, that has no oncreased to not allowing people to even squash through. I have left a poliye note asking to leave more room which has been ignored. This is on my school run so im walking with young children that are having to cross at an unsafe point, (a corner) or having to walk round the car in the road. This is twice a day, morning and afternoon. I have also witnessed other parents having to do the same, one with a pushchair. As the car is next to a bend it is dangerous to cross after the car, especially the times we are walking there is traffic both ways from other school run parents. As it has been going on for weeks my only option is to report.

Storm drains issue resulting in excessive pooling on road
causing hazard and risk of accident
The storm gulley in the position marked is not taking away water and its pooling around the gulley and is also running down the highway and collecting in a large puddle that covers over half of the highway (closer to the crematorium) . This poses a severe risk if accident from aqua planing or collision as drivers try to avoid it. Please note that a fatal accident occurred on this road some years ago as a result of aqua planing that caused a vehicle to collide with a house, killing the occupants of the car. The issue was reported to severn trent who referred me to the local authority.
