Constant parking in cul-de-sac and curb side

Proving very difficult for elderly neighbour at the end needing medical assistance regularly eg, ambulance service and care workers to attend constantly through the day and evening, also difficult for Med-i-quip to deliver equipment and turn in the cul de sac efficiently. Disgusting graffiti all over children’s play area

Obscene graffiti all over the childrens play park opposite the spar shop across the road.
A person has been over today and managed to remove the spray paint from the top of the slide but the paint on the woodwork underneath the bridges wont budge. Absolutely disgusting. Can someone please be sent to clean the graffiti so that children can go back on their without asking their parent what the drawings are? Is it possible to monitor future criminal activity there somehow?
