Piles of rubbish left by fly tippers and dirty neighbours

The first 2 images are what I see outside my living room window, the piles of rubbish which someone turned into a literal wall with a gate on the side. This has been like this for a good couple of years and to put it short no-one will take responsibility. I don't have a door leading to this otherwise I would've had a good go at this myself. It's a real eyesore to look at from my living room window. I'm also really worried and last year in the summer especially it was really bad for rats. I have an air vent that leads out to this from my living room floor and I'm worried about them getting in. This is public land still I'm sure and it's just going to get worse when nothing is getting done. To get to this it is down the side of 72A and 74, (down the alley/side of the houses) and on the right. The 3rd image is what I get out of my door. It's down the side of the houses between 54 and 56, the bit in the image isn't even half of it but I couldn't take a 4th photo. I have to walk through this alley every single day to get out on the street and there has been multiple times over the last few years where I have cleaned it all myself, only for it to be flytipped again within weeks at most. I am really desperate for help with this and am really happy to do my share. If something isn't done then it's always going to remain. I'm going to put cctv and signs up in the future In hopes of being a deterrent. Thanks

Since the road has been resurfaced in patches the white lines haven't been painted on. The amount of vehicles that cut the corners on this road is dangerous. The white lines need putting back on the road.

The headstones on the wall have all come away and have fallen and smashed. The debris is strewn all over and is a trip hazard and local youths have used them as missiles in the past

Dog fouling

This is a on going problem with dog fouling, and I came out of the side gate and found this, this is not fair to myself and other neighbours who havent got dogs , also children play as well, I think you should put warning letters through the doors of Hague Terrace, I have put a notice on my own fence but this is not having no affect, please could you help with this, I would be very grateful thanks

Council informed myself that the signs had been repainted but they have not been done, on going problem with dog fouling, I have been in contact with council a few months now and still signs not repainted, they keep emailing that the work has been done.
