This has needing to be reported a long time I am a resident of monarch close Tw14 8bb and not sure if this is illegal parking but it's a cul de sac which at the end of road leading to the field there are parking spaces not sure 2 or 3 but it's a turn a round for cars to reverse out or drive out and there is a car that is parked directly opposite the turnaround making it hard for people to get out my family members quite often have difficulty getting out on to the road not sure if anything can be done as monarch close is not a wide road just think it's unfair to other residents and their visiting families
