Private Bins Near Greggs & Morrisons Not Being Emptied Regualrly.

I accept that these are privately owned bins and not a TWC issue but they are overflowing on a regular basis over the previous month or so and I believe this is now causing an environmental health issue near to several food outlets and a supermarket. The rubbish is largely food container waste which will further cause concern now the weather is warming up. Please refer to the EHO's and not the grounds maintenance team who I know are aware of the issue.

Large and deep pothole on M54.
14th May
On the M54 between J6 and J5, heading eastbound in the middle lane there is a large pothole which causes a massive thumping noise, my fear is if the pothole gets bigger it may start to cause breakdowns. Cracks and small holes have been forming in this section of the M54 for s while but this pothole has appeared within the last month or so and is getting deep relatively quick.

Double parking

Cars are regularly double parking outside the shops causing drivers to reverse to enable safe passing of traffic. Causes issues at the traffic lights and road users turning into birchfield way. Some of the people parking in the pull ins are parked there all day and could easily use community car park at Morrisons. Some cars are being parked blocking the tactile paving meant to be used by blind and partially sighted people. I have narrowly avoided running over pedestrians who have stepped out between cars. Its a different area to negotiate with cars and pedestrians. Buses are very often unable to pass

Car parked on corner (blind spot)

As you enter Maxfield Crescent the road bends round to the left and extends round the back. There is a car parked right on the bend/corner of the road and it has been there constantly for months now. Other drivers are having to manoeuvre around it and even drive on the wrong side of the road to pass it. With it being right on the corner it is blocking the view (blind spot) to see if other drivers are coming opposite. I have had a few occasions where someone has almost driven in the side of me. It is an accident waiting to happen. Please can it be moved.
