Eyesore rubble dump littering ground outside 25 Severn Grove

The mess is in a green which the council attempts to maintain. The precise location is not overlooked from buildings or roads but the eyesore is visible to pedestrians including dog walkers. Children and teenagers going to and from school and their carers use the footpaths.
The rubble appears to have been left after a wall has been replaced with a fence. The ground has not been fully cleaned up. It is not a good example to youngsters and provides opportunities for anti-social activities.
The council takes action to deter dog-fouling and littering. The expectation is that it will also take action which will result in the unsightly rubble being removed and the ground cleaned up.

Car blocking the road

There's a white Peugeot that is always parked the wrong way in the layby outside the flats on Wallington road.. it's permanently parked half sticking out into the road the road opposite the junction to horsley way..so you have to drive on the wrong side of the road to pass it and on several times there's been someone coming out of the junction causing both drivers to brake heavily to avoid a crash.. it's been parked like that for 6 months when the driver is at home it's getting beyond the joke now.
