Parking on grass

I walk my dog past here, and it use to be a nicely grassed area, but now the residents have took upon themselves to park on there and now the whole strip of grassed area is just a mud bath, and full of discarded rubbish. Its a disgrace and very unpleasant to walk past. These people have no respect. Something needs to be down here..

My girlfriend has got 3 weeks left in her pregnancy and also is high risk too and even though they know this as we have told them politely they always block my drive and sometimes for hours even though we have got a big sign on the gate saying no parking access required at all times and its especially when they have company over as well even though they look right at the sign they just laugh and walk to next door and this has been constant since we moved in on the 15th September 2024 and it's honestly getting out of hand now especially since she's so close and might need to get out to rush to the hospital. Every day a women leaves her car on the SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR SIGN I have seen a number of kids come close to getting knocked down by cars when they are leaving school because of were she is parked. I hope there will be a swift response before someone comes to harm. You would need to come along between 8.45-9.00am and 3.00 -3.15pm many thanks
