Second time reporting this hedge,it is so overgrown pedestrians cannot hardly walk on the pavement,you cannot step off the pavement because there are always cars parked there.When it is raining you get soaking wet because the hedge brushes up against you,trying to get a baby in a pushchair past there is now getting impossible,please can something be done.The hedge is at 34,Pentrefelin Street,Carmarthen.

This must be the 4th time i am reporting this and still nothing has been done,this hedge is making it impossible for pedestrians to walk SAFELY on the pavement,small children and the elderly have to step out onto the busy road on a bend.The hedge is full of thorns which catch on clothes and are at eye level which could cause a nasty accident.

Second time reporting this,the hedge surrounding Hanover Court at the top of Russell Terrace,Carmarthen is overgrown and pushes pedestrians out onto a busy road,many small children use this pavement to go to school,the hedge is full of thorns which catch on your clothes.I believe that Bro Myrddin have been given notice to cut it but as yet it has not been done.It really is an accident waiting to happen.
