Road surface in poor repair

The road surface is breaking away narrowing the width of the road. The road is becoming very narrow and the the risk of vehicles striking our boundary wall is increasing. I have already had to replace the suspension springs to the front of my car which I feel has been caused by the road. Large vehicles are down the road all the time including council vehicles (bin waggon, park maintenence etc). They need to travel down the road to attend to their work but the size of the vehicles is causing more disrepair. We would appreciate a repair before we are faced with having to repair our wall due to an accident. Thank you.
