Extensive graffiti on bridge support for road crossing over A19 at the southbound exit turn off for Seaham. Graffiti is on south side of support and the bridge support is on the east side of the A19. Noticed this earlier in week but can't say how long this has been present.

Bags of rubbish been placed on corner of Dalton Avenue and Laurel Avenue by male in green van earlier this evening. Drove off before able to challenge him. Unable to record VRN. Footfall is transiting teenagers to and from sports fields, some of which have a tendency of scattering rubbish all over the place if left out
