Trees overhanging into gardens and causing danger to those using the ginnel between Totnes Avenue and Redford Drive, due to overhanging branches and debris from the trees. The ginnel has been neglected for years, therefore the bushes and trees have become so overgrown, they are a menace.

The large cast iron cover on the footpath what looks like a stop tap. Have spoken to UU and they have said it will be a council asset. It has rotten and there is now a hole in the ground which your foot would go through. Have put a cone on top just in case but will need sorting ASAP
