Large black-top road surface slab is missing!
31st March
A large area of black-top tarmac surface finish is missing from the overtaking lane at the point on the A505 dual carriageway that acts as a bypass to Baldock. Deep enough to cause vehicular instability at high speeds, this could lead to road-user fatalities if left un-repaired. You are ON NOTICE, so do something to avoid liability.

Illegal parking obstructing view at junction
12th March
There are regularly cars parked on the pavement on South Road immediately next to the junction with Pembroke Road, usually on the left as you exit Pembroke Road. This obstructs the view when trying to pull out of the junction which is dangerous.

Multiple potholes on the bridge section
15th February
Multiple potholes on the bridge stretch itself of the A507. Many potholes linking together which drag the car in different directions. Especially would be dangerous to motorcyclists and could endanger life. Patching has been tried for one or two but these have come out and litter the road themselves.

Grass verge outside 35 to 39 chilvers bank
4th February
The verge in this area has become damaged to such an extent by motor vehicles that it has become not just unsitely but dangerous. When I had my crossover made some years ago the specifications for the drive had to be strictly followed to prevent damage to underground services. It is obvious now that due to damage caused by cars using the grass verge this must be a real danger. Over a year now when I first raised the issue with Councillor Muir. No action taken and getting worse
