Road surface is becoming one big pothole

I already reported this issue in February I got the confirmation email back that its been investigated and within 20 days Ill be repaired well its been 2 months still nothing was done. As you drive through the bridge the whole road surface is cracked up and full of potholes which damages car and some cars swerving to the other lane to avoid the potholes which is very dangerous

Contaminated bin

This brown bin has been sat here for months, so Im told. Allegedly it belongs to the supported living housing (maybe number 68 Quinn way?) but it hasnt moved in several months, neighbours have said that its just been getting used as a street litter bin (as you can see) and no one is claiming ownership of it.
Would it be possible to get it emptied and/or taken away?
