The photo on the left, taken in 2009, clearly shows the path as it should beclear and fully accessible. This brown bin has been sat here for months, so Im told. Allegedly it belongs to the supported living housing (maybe number 68 Quinn way?) but it hasnt moved in several months, neighbours have said that its just been getting used as a street litter bin (as you can see) and no one is claiming ownership of it.

Grass not renewed after contractor works
15th March
The grass area behind the bench by the letterbox was not reinstated (resown or returfed) by the pipework contractors after they finished their work and moved on to dig up another area.
If the council doesn't hold them to account immediately the work is completed, the contractors will get away with it, and then it'll be no surprise that the council has no funds to reinstate the grass --- we know that all council services are being drastically cut back from April. What a pity when this is just next to the fountains, what image does that give to visitors to our lovely town?
