Pavement adjacent to the Stotfold Road
4th June
Over-hanging branches & low hanging branches have grown into thd pavement causing a danger to children cycling to school. This has reduced the width of the pavement and causing children to cycle too close to the kerb. This could cause children to swerve into the road in-front of traffic or for bikes to slip into the road. This is a serious concern and could result in a direct collision between a child on a bike and a car travelling at 30mph. This is absolutely urgent and vital to trim the hedge back to prevent an accident or fatality involving children travelling to and from school from Fairfield Park SG5.

The drain cover and surrounding block paving is subsiding. Cars are normally parked on the opposite side of the road meaning traffic driving in & out of Weavers Orchard drive straight over this causing a load noise every time. Also as there are no paved footpaths people have to walk in the road so this is also a trip hazard.
This was reported a number of times a few months ago & recently repaired & closed but the repair hasn't lasted long as the issue is now back.

The position of the pothole ( as you can see in photo) is where my mums disability car is parked, mum is both house bound and has rheumatoid arthritis and a fractured spine, and needs a walking aid and help walking to car. Where the pothole is it is difficult to move and park her mobility car to take her to numerous hospital/ Dr appointments.I have recently reported this the last few months twice but the next day received email saying it has been checked ( which definitely hasnt as I requested the inspector to knock at my door No 14 opposite side of road but no one came), which has got deeper and longer. Please could someone actually come out and see the dept n size and how difficult it is to move and park mums car). This issue has been an on going problem for a couple of years, as it get temporary filled but last couple of months as road is used daily by all residents of the cul de sac to either drive down or drive up cul de sac to get out of Hillary Rise.

Sg15 6sz
15th May
My house has been shaking for months because of the pothole that is outside my house. There is no such thing as a getting a lie in at the weekend as lorries have been bouncing as they hit it and the whole house vibrates, to the point where items have fallen over on shelves. Imagine my delight when I found out that it was finally being repaired, only to come home and see this pityful attempt at a repair. I am in the civils sector and would lose my job if I offered up something like this as a final product. It's not sealed, most likely not even primed so when it rains, water will seap under it and when it freezes it will just separate from the road not only leaving the same hole in the road, but now a dangerously big piece of tarmac for someone to hit. I would be relieving this operative of his duties if he were working for me. Could you please arrange for this repair to be done properly, in a professional manner, so we can start enjoying our homes again without the constant disturbance every time a heavy vehicle passes the door
Kind Regards
