Vehicles parking in the bus stop

Good morning, I work for arrivals road safety department, I'm writing to make you aware of a constant issue we are having especially after 6pm where we are finding ourself parking in compromising positions due to multiple vehicles being parked in the bus stop, if I recall the civil enforcement officer team for welwyn Hatfield only work until 6:30pm is there anything you can do to deter car drivers from parking in here, as you can respect we have a lot of elderly or otherwise vulnerable members of public who rely on our services and we need the support here. If you could get back to me I'd appreciate it .

Good morning, I'm writing to ask if the five way marking can be re painted and the branches hiding the signage to be trimmed back, I work for Arriva and we're getting a lot of near misses at the moment due to the lines and signs being basically invisible at this time.

Two week old flytipping pile

This was reported over two weeks ago. The flytip pile/ rubbish is still there and needs collecting.
During the recent heat it was attracting flies.
This needs collecting ASAP.

When and why has the arcade been designated as a smoking area

Historically, the arcade was a non-smoking area, with signs displayed at both ends. Since the redecoration a few years ago, the signs have been removed. Now, with a licenced pub within the arcade, ash trays are being provided.
Surely this is in contravention to UK legislation? The arcade is a roofed area with openings that are significantly less than 50% of the walled area. It is also a public space and a place of work.

No turning available on a closed off road

This road was closed off many years ago, but brown site allowed for a turning point for emergency vehicles and at least 20+ vehicles of locals, deliveries or people not aware it is closed, planning has allowed the brown site to be developed to private residences, as a result the are is fenced off nd now no turning point without reversing 100m + on a narrow inappropriate road with vehicles parked roadside too, A proper turning point now needs to be constructed to counter this ommission.

Extensive pothole damage over 20 metres
3rd May
The whole road surface is degraded and there are many large potholes over at least 20 metres of road. The problem was reported before, over a year ago but nothing has been done. When it rains the dips fill with water and it is impossible to ride a bike safely along the road.

Multiple Pot holes
14th April
I reported these pot holes over 3 month's ago and got a reply from the Council saying they werent bad enough for repair which beggars belief. Now we are into the new financial year it should be made priority as I see lots of other people have reported them. Its a main road that gets so much traffic and they are completely unavoidable. Close the road down at night and get the job done.
